The Ray Mears Leather Wolfspyder Knife Sheath is perfectly proportioned and shaped to house your Spyderco Ray Mears Wolfspyder knife.

Constructed from lightweight, supple leather and dyed to Woodlore’s Rich Brown colour, the sheath has a moulded body which follows the contours of the knife including the back of the sheath to cleanly accommodate the knife’s integrated belt clip.

The Rich Brown leather shows off the full natural grain and the dark brown waxed and burnished edges are finished with a traditional crease line to give definition. The stitching is completed by hand using a waxed and braided polyester thread and each sheath features the Ray Mears ‘snowshoe’ logo embossed on the front flap.

A generous belt loop on the reverse allows for belts up to 6 cm wide for you to carry the knife to hand secured in its sheath by the flap, fastened by a brass Sam Browne stud. Alternatively the sheath can be used in the pocket to offer protection to both the knife and your pocket lining.

Excellent quality and fit and finish. I actually ordered this for a different knife to the Wolfspyder. It works with many slip joint sized knives which are UK legal carry. This gives it much more use and versatility. The quality of the pouch enables daily use.

I made the investment in the WolfSpyder so I bought this very reasonably priced piece to look after it. I am surprised that the Woodlore leather work doesn’t carry a higher price tag as the finish is beautiful and the materials of very high quality. I’m assuming this is another fine piece by Becky so thanks very much.

It is advisable to remove the clip when using the leather holster. Then the case fits like a tailor-made suit. We really like that it is very flat and not bulky. And we are very impressed with the price-performance ratio: Really good classic craftsmanship!
