Fjallraven Barents Pro Shorts - Dark Grey/Dark Grey

  I own several of these shorts in different colours. They're my absolute go to the whole year round. Great pockets of varying sizes with secure fasteners - 6 pockets, 4 of which have button fasteners. Fjallraven claim the far left hand pocket is for an axe, but for me it's the perfect size for a pair of sunglasses! The fact you can wax them to increase water resistance is just a brilliant idea, and so easy to do. I bought them from Woodlore because they had the best price I could find, will definitely buy from here again...

  The perfect short (and without being too short!). Resilient, light-weight, not too hot, and so much usable pocket space without the pockets ever looking bulgy. The mesh internal phone pocket is so good, to the point if I ever wear something without one I feel its lack keenly now! As ever, best price I could find was Woodlore, and the customer service is miles ahead of anywhere else you could shop. Thanks!

  Have been wearing these shorts almost daily since purchasing them. Have quite 'a lot' of Fjallraven clothing including the Karl shorts which are a softer G-1000 fabric. The fit is great as are the number of pockets; the left-hand side pockets are positioned slightly more to the front of the thigh, whereas the right-hand side pocket is more to the side of the thigh. The right-hand side thigh pocket is positioned perfectly for me and will easily swallow a OS map. Definitely recommend these shorts. The price was competitive and the shorts arrived two days after purchasing, would definitely buy from Ray Mears Bushcraft again.

  As usual, great service from Woodlore. Saw mixed comments of sizing so slightly concerned, but came out exactly as expected and hoped. I'm a 30' waist in most garments and these 30-30' shorts were spot-on. Yep, pretty expensive, but definitely get what you pay for, no plastic buttons, obviously well made, and actually very comfortable.

  This is my second pair of these shorts. Excellent quality and design, pockets and belt loops where they are needed. Great for urban and wild adventures. The internal phone pocket hugs your phone so you know it is secure and safe.

  Quality and fit is as expected from Fjällräven. A really nice pair of shorts, good enough for outdoor use and casual wear. Good fit with loads of pockets. Should last many years. Top service from Woodlore.

  My second pair of these shorts, I still wear the others too. Absolutely faultless. I wear them right through the 2 main 'shorts wearing seasons', and if I'm anywhere remotely warm in Autumn and Winter, there too! They dry over night, are very hard wearing and have enough pockets to keep any personal kit in. The deep map pocket easily holds a folded OS map securely, the main pockets are fairly deep so phones and wallets are safe. The other two leg pockets are also roomy and will hold anything you would keep in a pocket when outside! Get a pair of these and you'll never wear another brand again. The service from Woodlore is faultless too. 36 hours from ordering to wearing. The product descriptions are spot on and sizing is correct also.

  Thought these were really expensive for 'cut off' trousers, but they are so good and well made I wear them too much in the summer. Highly recommended. Great pockets for anything. Really like the phone pocket inside the big pouch.
