Sasta Jero Trousers - Forest Green

  Very nicely made, designed and fitting trouser. They are true to size, comfortable and non restrictive, making them very comfortable for walking. The material is clearly very hard wearing but is far lighter in weight than I was expecting. I've worn them a fair bit now in warm weather, and whilst I'm pleased with them because of the comfort, they are let down by the lack of water resistance - as they were described as water 'repellent' I wasn't expecting them to be waterproof, but they perform only a little better than jeans even though the feel of them is closer to a Goretex fabric than cotton. A heavy splash will bead off but anything more than about 5mins of rain and you are soaked, the water getting in via any folds and then soaking from the inside. I will retreat them, and if successful, these will be very versatile on their own in warmer conditions and a great outer shell in winter. If not, they will be rather limited.

  A decent pair of trousers made from hard wearing material and they fit well. Ideal for winter.

  These are excellent trousers. The cut and length of them is great, the fabric is usefully water resistant and not too warm, the reinforcements are comfortably flexible while also being up to the task. I particularly like the stretchy panel just below the waistband on the back of the trousers - it really does make a difference to their ease of movement and 'breathability'. I have used them both at home and up in the mountains of North Wales and have been very impressed with their comfort and performance. I have yet to get used to the zipped thigh pocket on the left but I'm sure I'll find a use for it soon! So, I am very pleased both with the trousers themselves and with the amazingly prompt service from Woodlore.

  Great fitting trousers, plenty of pockets. The Velcro at the ankles and calf's offers good adjustment, not to warm here in the Scottish summer, they also dry quickly. I like them. Got myself the braces for them, good tough outdoor clothing. Great service from Woodlore.
