Well made and sturdy, very pleased with this pan. The folding handle makes it very packable but sturdy enough for proper cooking, it feels as though it will stand up to years of abuse. I use it for a mixture of motorcycle and bicycle camping and backpacking and while it may be heavier than the usual lightweight aluminium pans you can’t beat the experience of cooking on carbon steel so well worth the extra bit of weight. Definitely recommend this item and I’m looking forward to many meals cooked in it.
