  By far the best shorts I've ever purchased I wear them all year round in all conditions - top quality. A bit pricey but I have found Woodlore to be the best value. These wear really well with loads of features and ideal for travelling as well as outdoors. Love the Laurel Green

  I own several of these shorts in different colours. They're my absolute go to the whole year round. Great pockets of varying sizes with secure fasteners - 6 pockets, 4 of which have button fasteners. Fjallraven claim the far left hand pocket is for an axe, but for me it's the perfect size for a pair of sunglasses! The fact you can wax them to increase water resistance is just a brilliant idea, and so easy to do. I bought them from Woodlore because they had the best price I could find, will definitely buy from here again...

  Toughest pair of shorts I've owned, but comfortable enough to wear casually. Pockets are placed smartly, and there are loads. At first, I was put off by there being no back pockets, but I've become a bit of a convert. When you sit down, inevitably you have to empty your back pockets. Having all the pocket action at the front negates this, and makes loads of sense. It isn't tech clothing, but it feels like it is, with a close weave that feels really sturdy. You can waterproof them with wax, but they're pretty quick drying, so unless you're carrying precious cargo in your pockets, I'm not sure I'd bother. Good price too.

  As with all Fjallraven clothing really good quality. Good waist fit. No rear pockets, for me personally not a big fan of rear pockets, too easy to damage car seats. No really a need for rear pockets as plenty of space on the leg pockets. Right leg pocket has a handy phone pocket, this cuts down on damage to your phone. The quality will last for years. As always extremely quick delivery from Woodlore. Well done.

  I love the rugged practicality of all Fjalraven kit. These shorts are no exception. They are excellent, whilst exploring, for stowing all the things you need to hand: map, phone, compass, snacks etc. The longest thigh pocket easily accommodated a folded OS map. The material never seems to wear out and can, if needed, be shower proofed using the Fjalraven Greenland Wax.
