  This book was a gift for my grandson 11th birthday. He loves Ray Mears's programmes, as does his Dad who saw Ray at The Hall for cornwall in Truro. My grandson loves the book and the practical demonstrations (rope knotting included) that he finds in it, which is not included in his other Ray Mears' books. As a practically minded young man he loves this more hands-on approach. He was also very impressed to have Ray's signature inside!! Thank you. The book arrived in good time; after wrapping it in recycled Traidcraft animal paper I gave to him in the cardboard envelope with your wonderful Bushcraft label, another plus!

  The author of this book is obviously full of experience about bushcraft skills. There are four important topics such as outfit, cutting tools, fire, water etc. deeply described in this book. It gave me a lot of knowledge and information. Highly recommended.
