This pouch is an ideal size for carrying a small pair of binoculars a basic first aid kit or any object about 5 inches square and 2inches deep attached to a Karrimor Predator 30 pack. I bought two and have them both on the outside of the pack with my FAK in one and my frequently needed camera extras in the other. I plan to buy one more to attach to the waist belt for carrying my binoculars conveniently. The two on the back fit neatly above the larger Karrimor Utility Pouch where I normally carry my waterproofs or group FAK, depending on what I'm doing. At first I thought that the quick release system of MOLLE attachment was a bit of a gimmick, but I have found it more secure than the normal press studs so far and a lot easier to fasten. I imagine that it would also be useful if I needed to remove the FAK in a hurry as opposed to opening the pouch and getting at it that way. I have replaced the paracord zip pulls with longer cordage so that I don't fumble when wearing gloves and I've used reflective cordage so that they show up at night as I have no need for concealment in my job. However, the ones provided are perfectly adequate. I have used the pouches regularly for a couple of weeks while observing wild life in the woods and setting camera traps for wildcats. They have coped well with snow, rain and mud. I have a green pack and find that the coyote colour is a pleasing contrast and one that works well to break up the appearance of the rucksack when in a hide. Overall, I think that these pouches are solid products and I recommend them.
