This is a very well made and thought out piece of kit. It is a bit weighty, but on the other hand one can have complete confidence that it will be stable and take something heavy too. The bit that fits on top is good for smaller things and it all folds down nicely. It comes in a a great canvas like bag with a draw string, so you don't have to worry about finding one for it. Splendid bit of kit. Delivery costs are very reasonable and quick. Thank you.

Great bit of kit. Folds down small and doesn't weigh too much. Used it on a canoe trip in Sweden and avoided the need for tripods for cooking big billycans full of food, heating kettles, etc. Was sort of expecting the steel to buckle after several hours in the fire but all was good and it all folded up well after use.

I always trust that items offered for sale by the Woodlore team are high quality and this trivet is no exception. Robust, well-made and packs down to a reasonable size. Due to the nature of the material/metal that it is made from, it will add weight but it does fit nicely in a backpack or rucksack. The weight doesn't bother me one bit but may be a consideration for the lightweight backpacker people out there. Overall, I am very happy with this product and would recommend it highly. Many thanks to the Woodlore team.

Very neat old fashioned looking product that fits the bill perfectly. Nicely made except the legs could fold a fraction tighter, very minor adjustment. Love the bag as a nice woodlands touch. Can't wait to get out and boil the Billy on it.

A great, sturdy trivet. By chance the Kelly kettle fire bucket thing fits in the middle so you can even use it to have a fire off of the ground.

These are built to last. After an extensive search online the RM folding trivet came out way in front. They are worth every penny.

Been waiting to get one of these for a long time now. Very well made, canvas bag is top quality and is not as heavy as I thought it was going to be.

Great piece of kit. The Trivet minimizes your need to disturb natural surroundings just to make a brew - thus reducing your foot print. Simply arrange your Trivet & container over the fire and minutes later your food or brew is ready to go. More importantly, this device replaces the need to use rocks to support your pot - reducing the danger element of exploding rocks.

Best bit of kit ever. Lightweight, carry anywhere, make a fire and cook. Will last forever.

Every element of this piece of kit says 'quality'. It's strongly made, folds down small and is going to last for years. I bought it so I can cook outdoors with my children, and I reckon they'll be using it with their own children 30 years from now. It comes in a handy bag so you can carry it without getting carbon all over everything. It's expensive, but then that's not so important for something that's going to really last a long time.

Top quality as usual. A great invention - this and the ability to start a fire will be all I need in the bush in Kenya! A tip - this rusts fairly easily but sanded down and a coat of hamerite fire resistant paint and it will last forever.

This Trivet is very strong. It can support a lot of weight in bigger pans. Although it is made of robust mild steel, it is still fairly lightweight. Really good for smaller pans too.
