Excellent bit of kit. Robust construction it's just going to last for years. Don't forget the leather gloves. Customer service is outstanding, arrived quickly. Effortless.

Very well made piece of kit bought for my Trangia 25 UL HA. The wide lid makes it very easy to fit my Tràngia burner, pot grippers and a few other bits and bobs inside as well as fit neatly inside my 25. I've now been able to use it a couple of times and I'm chuffed to bits with it. It boils quickly, pours well and is a good size for about 3 decent size brews. Service from the team absolutely briliant as usual despite living on the other side of the world out here in Malaysia - it took about a week to reach me. It's great being able to source quality products from Woodlore each time I use them. Thanks Ryan, Paul and the team.

This is a quality product, as are all the many items I have brought from the Woodlore site. The Kettle is perfect not only for hanging over an open fire but also for putting on top of my flat topped cast iron wood stove. Due to its wide base this boils water in no time. The handle folds flat for packing away and holds up by two small indents on each side, so clever! Nothing bad to say about this item.
All items come package well and delivered on time, I would highly recommend these products to anyone.
I will be ordering again.

Hello. We have been looking for the product for a long time and I am delighted that I bought it through you.
He does his duty properly.
A good day.

Great lightweight kettle. Wanted to move away from aluminium to a robust stainless steel option. Great quality.

From first impressions, it is very well made and fits perfectly in a 25 (large) trangia.
The opening is big enough to fit a trangia burner and pot handle inside.
Due to the shape and gauge of steel used its impressively robust while not weighing a ton.

I really love this kettle. Light weight but strong. Stainless steel...fabulous!

Great kettle, I used in our campervan on the gas stove. Boils quick and pours well. Sure will work equally well when we use outdoors. Nice and compact too.

Nicely built stainless kettle, incredibly similar to the classic Trangia one though slightly deeper and without plastic handle.
Good size to fit in a small stove and tea making kit.
Only downside is that the lid is not as positive as I would have liked, and needs a band to hold it together in transit. Hoping that a few dents over time will help the lid to click in.

I bought this as a replacement for my Trangia aluminium kettle which I always felt gave tea a bad metallic taste. Now... problem solved. My tea now tastes much better. Happy to recommend it unless weight is absolutely critical - Use this instead.

Wonderful kettle for outdoor camping and for carrying in a backpack. Thank you.

Solid. Well made, perfect spout. I really like the fine detail, for example the bail handle locks into place with no rattle and the D ring on the lid folds and stays flat with no rattle. The opening is large enough to accept a gas cartridge thereby using potential dead space, brilliant. I used it today over some Fire Dragon gel, there was a quick boil time. Excellent.

Outstanding product!

I bought two for my Trangia 25 cooking systems. It fits perfectly. However, due to its wide opening, I used the kettle as a stand alone pot for hydrating dehydrated meal. For the same reason it is a good choice for snow melting. In the kettle is enough room to fit a gas cartridge and a small gas burner like GSI Pinnacle canister stove or MSR Pocket Rocket, or a Trangia Triangle (or Clikstand, Esbit triangle stove etc.) along with an alcohol burner.

What a fantastic little kettle. Getting to rolling boil stage is a must, and it holds heat very well. It doesn't need to be used for just tea, coffee or milo. It's great for adding premixed food as well. To save space add other bits of kit within it save pack storage. I couldn't be happier! Arrived without any problem.

Excellent value for money, quality kettle to use on a stove or hanging over a fire. Good size, useful for storing things in whilst on the move. The large lid makes it easy to load up. If I lost this kettle I would buy the same again as a replacement.

The item arrived quickly and was great to use on our first camping trip. I would recommend it, as it is small and reliable and can be hung over the fire too. Easy to carry and pack away.

Very handy little kettle, folds down very neatly, strong and lightweight. The inside is handy for storing items whilst in the rucksack.

I find this kettle to be of a perfect size for many outdoor uses. Its stainless steel construction allows it be be placed directly on a camp fire and to be scrubbed clean as necessary. The loose fitting lid has a handle which can remain upright, allowing the lids safe removal when hot.The Kettle itself has a large notched handle which can be used to suspend it over a camp fire. The brackets that attach the handle to the body can hold it in an upright position if desired. It can also fold flat against the body of the kettle. I find that when filled, I can boil enough water for Tea and then cook my meal in the remaining water in the kettle. You can also carry your cooking and eating equipment inside it. I find it useful to put a ranger band around the kettle to hold the lid on and keep the handle in place during transport.

I was looking for a stainless steel kettle that would fit inside my MSR billy set. This kettle did the job perfectly. Well constructed, robust, clever design ensures you can stow a gas canister and stove inside. Handle holds kettle securely if hanging over a fire or simply when pouring. Beautiful design, attractive lines, never thought I could get so emotionally involved with a piece of stainless steel. Must be the Sheffielder in me, although this is made by our cousins over the water. Great buy, worth every penny.

Excellent kettle, if a little small. Gets used on my woodburning stove.

I received this kettle within 48 hours, exactly as described. The GSI has got to be the Rolls Royce of outdoor kettles; perfect for me and my three kids. As with everything I have purchased from Woodlore - faultless.

A good quality piece of kit that pours extremely well with no drips. It can be used on a stove or suspended over an open fire. It has a large aperture and lid, which allows easy cleaning, and is suitable for use as a kettle to boil water or as a pot to cook soups and stews etc. It is a bit expensive but I bought it in preference to an aluminium kettle as there are no oxidisation issues, plus aluminium has been linked (possibly not proven) with Alzheimers disease. The handle does get hot so be aware of that although it is not an issue for me.

Excellent when travelling on your own or for two of you, although a bit small when there is a bigger party.

I've used many outdoor kettles in my years and most of them are the flimsy aluminium-coated kind, but this is probably the best I've used. The handle is easy for hanging over a camp fire and it folds flush with the main body, so no worries about sticking-out handles. It seems to be made of the same steel that Zebra Billy Cans are made from; very hardy indeed. It is also very light/compact which is always useful as well. If I had to find a fault it would be that it only holds about 2 mugs of hot water, but that's not really a problem. All in all a good buy; well worth the money. As usual Woodlore's lightning fast delivery service made this a very pleasant buy.

A great little kettle - lightweight and perfect for packing in your rucksack. Really pleased with it and looking forward to using it a lot during the year.
