The Solo Stove and Solo Pot 900 Combo is the perfect pairing, ideal for 1-2 people. Designed with a double wall, the Solo Stove Lite is a natural convection inverted downgas gasifer stove fuelled by twigs. This set comes complete with a lightweight Solo Stove 900 ml pot.

The air intake holes on the bottom of the stove channel air to the bottom of the fire while at the same time, channels warm air up between the walls of the stove. This burst of preheated oxygen feeding back into the firebox through the smaller holes at the top of the stove causes a secondary combustion. This allows the fire to burn more complete which is why there is very little smoke during full burn. A more efficient burn also means you'll use much less wood compared to an open camp fire.

The Solo Stove doesn't just burn wood. It actually cooks the smoke out of the wood and then burns the smoke not once, but twice! The cooking ring's angled lip also increases efficiency by directing heat towards your pot minimising heat loss. It also acts as a windshield while still allowing oxygen to flow inward. The Solo Stove is indeed one of the most efficient wood burning stoves you'll ever own.

The lightweight Solo Stove Pot 900 included in this set is the companion pot crafted specifically for use with this Solo Stove. When nested, the Solo Stove Lite fits inside the Solo Stove Pot 900 for easy storage. With an easy pour spout, volume markings and double fold out handles this pot is very versatile.

Very pleased with my Solo stove. Well made & fuel efficient. Bought it as a back up in case of power cuts. However I use it at home most days to brew up. 10 minutes (0.9L) from preparation to Tea ready . I usually refill the pot and residual heat warms water for washing up.

Great little piece of kit that does what it says. Decent time to boil and very small amount of soot (was expecting more), along with a very efficient burn. Goes like a train with pine cones. Not the lightest such stove, but the design makes the slight weight penalty worth it.

This is a great stove which now is permanently in my bag, I’ve had the larger version for a couple of years now so I looked for something the same but easier to run with as a go to without thinking. The quality and finish is very high and it’s light enough without compromising durability. A pocket full of twigs is all that’s needed to get it up and going, as with all small wood burners the better the fuel the better the fire. I find that twigs with less bark or small splits fire up best, give it some time to run up to speed as it’s a gasifier stove so don’t over fuel it, once you get this nack then it burns really clean virtually smoke free. The 900 pot is just a good size for some bagged meals or porridge, you get a nice short squat pot that’s light and feels safe with a tight fitting lid. And with the wet weather we get here in the West of Scotland and if short of dry twigs then a meths burner fits inside nicely, making it versatile in all situations.
