The Primus Micron Gas Lantern is a compact and lightweight gas-powered camping lantern with a durable steel mesh body. As used by Ray around camp, the Micron Lantern provides light and warmth without weighing you down.

The Micron Lantern's tough stainless steel build makes this a far sturdier piece of kit than typical glass lanterns, allowing you to throw it in your rucksack without worrying about it. When nighttime arrives, simply attach the lantern unit to the top of a standard camping gas canister for instant illumination at camp.

The EasyTrigger™ ignition system allows for quick and easy lighting, while the patented burner ensures that the lantern is virtually silent and uses little gas.

What's not to like? - lights first time - no glass to break - great light to see what you are actually doing - kicks out some heat but light can be easily adjusted down - mantle was easy to put on - and the wire hanging hook works well and wraps round the base when you don't need it.
