The Morakniv Wood Carving 106 Knife is an excellent entry- or mid-level knife for carving and woodworking. As with any Mora knife, the superb blade and overall build quality of this model make it suitable for more experienced users as well.

The 106 Wood Carving Knife features a long, thin, tapered blade of carbon steel, fitted into a comfortable handle of oiled birch wood. It comes complete with a plastic belt sheath.

As always a prompt and friendly service from Woodlore. A very sharp knife which feels comfortable in the hand. This is my 2nd knife from Mora, they are great knives for the money. I look forward to using it very soon.

This is a good knife for the cost, value for money. After a few weeks the very tip broke off, 2-3 mm when I was carving out a small hole, surprised, but other than that it is fine, it stays sharp fairly well. One thing I have noticed is the wooden handle gets very mucky and changes colour quite quickly, it does not clean up too well either. But as I said you can't complain that much for the cost, it is my first carving knife and for that it is fine. When I am ready I will buy a better knife and my beginner skills have improved :) Service was quick and efficient.

I am a real beginner when it comes to carving/ whittling. I did some research and these are good knives at a good price, delivery was very quick within a week to NZ! Great product, great service and a joy to use this knife, saving for an axe next.

Great little carving craft knife. Used by my teenager to make bespoke Xmas presents and carving driftwood. Lovely looking and fit for purpose it could be made extra special with a leather sheath for an additional cost. But guess you could buy/make one too. But wooden handle feels / looks quality and very sharp. Very happy with purchase and would recommend.
