Ray's favourite way of sleeping out when travelling is with a hammock and hootchie (otherwise known as a tarp or basha).
This excellent, multi-purpose flysheet is perfect for use when travelling light. It provides shelter from the sun and rain, as well as protection for precious belongings.
Features stitched-in loops so that it can easily be converted into a tent using a centre ridge pole, or made into a waterproof roof above a hammock. Also features 'popper' fasteners so that multiple Hootchies can be attached together to provide extended shelter if necessary.
The centre seam is double-proofed which helps to reduce leaking.
Designed in Australian camouflage colours which blend in naturally with most surroundings, this hootchie is made from 100D Nylon with a PU coating.
