The Bahco Laplander in my opinion is the Bushcraft saw to have. Small, light and very durable. So good in fact, I own two. I will not touch other brands as the Bahco has such a good reputation. I shopped around and actually found Woodlore to be about £5.00 cheaper than the nearest competition and as usual living in the UK I received delivery within 3 days. I cant recommend The Bahco Laplander and Woodlore higher enough. Excellent products and service. 5 Stars.

Great piece of kit, small, light and gets the job done.

Sharp, sturdy, easy to carry, everything it needs to be.

It does exactly what it says on the tin. I thought I'd save money and buy a cheap one elsewhere. Guess what, it was rubbish. I then bought this and I am over the moon with it. Good quality saw and service. This will last for years and is safer than the cheap products out there. I definitely recommend this saw it you are going out camping.

Handy small saw. Good for small firewood.

Delivery was super super quick.
Product is excellent, the lock is very secure. The blade is super sharp and saws through wood very quickly. Very comfortable to use. It is lightweight and is a good size. The leather hanging strap is useful too. I recommend this product.

This is my second purchase of this item. The first saw was left with a friend abroad, who lives in a rural mountainous area and was impressed with the saw's ability to cut through green wood. I would also highly recommend it for it's cutting and carrying ease.

Great quality and value.

Awesome. Bought the leather sheath too.

Excellent tool, the blade is much thicker than other folding saws I have used. It is very sturdy, can see it lasting years.

Great saw for the money and works amazingly.

Great price and fast delivery. It's a very capable folding saw. Blades last and stay sharper for much longer than cheaper alternatives.

Excellent quality and service.

The Laplander is an excellent must have piece of kit. It swiftly cuts through branches with little effort , I use it a lot in Woodcraft and Bush craft, I wouldn't use any other saw. What I love about it is it packs away neatly into a rucksack or as, I am intending to do, you can make a Leather sheath for it . This was a second purchase as I lost my first Laplander, I wouldn't be without one.

I needed saw to remove overhanging branches along my boundary line and
cut them up for firewood.

The Bahco Laplander made short work of my task being most impressive, without excessive force on my part, on the very tough, gnarled old wood up to 4 inches thick. It quickly and efficiently cut on the forward and backward stroke.

It is compact, lightweight and safe, locking the blade when open and when stored within ergonomically shaped handle. A joy to use. I could not be happier with my investment. A tool for life.

Very lightweight yet solid feeling tool. It is extremely sharp, surprisingly so in fact, and makes very quick work of green timber. I very lightly brushed some of the wet sawdust from the blade and without noticing I sliced into my thumb. I'll be exercising even greater caution in future. Overall a very effective product.

This saw is particularly good for sawìng live trees in restricted spaces, especially when a Bow saw is too large to utilise. Delivery was prompt and efficient despite the Coronavirus lock-down.

Light weight, super sharp cutting edge for medium size limbs (branches). Fits in a coat pocket with you not really being aware it's there and always there if you need it. Looking forward to stowing it away in my kayak kit for drift wood cooking. Great bang for buck.

The perfect size for a large outdoor jacket pocket, allowing one to carry it in most walking or hiking circumstances and use it as required for trimming branches up to about 3 inches in diameter. It isn't the sharpest of the precision ground saw blades available, though it is very economical, its cutting ability improves after the first few uses and it's easy to replace blades when required.

Light and very efficient, recommended!

Excellent service. Updated regularly and arrived within the time scale.

Cuts small branches well - blade locking system useful. Would prefer a more sustainable construction such as wooden rather than plastic handles but otherwise fine.

This saw suits me perfectly, glad I purchased it. Great to hold and easy to use for sawing branches in the garden, especially in those hard to get places. Light, compact and takes no space in your bag. The blade saws through wood very easy and smoothly. Love the handle as it gives you a very efficient sawing motion.
When I purchased this saw, I purchased a spare blade but I think this blade will stand the test time, obviously depending on the usage. The blade seems very strong and the whole saw is well made. I've been looking for a bit of kit like this for some time, great stuff.

Great little saw! It cut through everything with ease. I went wild camping in Cairngorm National Park over Christmas/New Years period and needed something to cut up dead wood to use for fires at night. As much as I loved it and will use it again, I will probably get something a little bit bigger next time so we can cut bigger areas. Apart from that it was great, reasonably priced and very light.

Brilliant saw, sharp and light to carry. Came within 1 day of ordering, so great service.

Great quality for a reasonable price.

Excellent tool, used it for cutting out wind down saplings in hedgerow. Blade is shaped for ease of access in awkward spaces and it's sawteeth cut without any difficulty. Highly recommended.

The Bahco Laplander is a really essential piece of kit; as much at home in the garden as the wilderness. This is my second one. The first was 'borrowed' and has yet to be returned. It is robust, sharp, compact and incredibly good value at this price. I've used it for any number of tasks and it has never let me down.

Wonderful saw, cuts through wood easily and it's a great size.

Thank you for the service from the website. It was excellent. The Bacho folding saw is a great tool.

Excellent, lightweight saw. Smart button to release so the blade stays where you want it to (stowed or deployed). Blade seems strong so even if getting stuck mid-cut, doesn't feel like it's going to snap or bend. Great value for money.

Fantastic folding saw, fits perfectly into deep pockets and is very robust once the blade is locked.

Excellent quality for the price. Very capable saw.
