These unique Swedish carving knives are individually forged and better known as the "grandfather" knife. They are the latest addition to the range of S. Djarv Hantverk hand-forged tools.

Each carving knife carries the smith's initials and features a rugged wooden handle, good for gripping and comes with a leather sheath.

This carving knife has a longer, broader and more pointed blade than the 17 x 60mm version.
