An ideal gift for any occasion, Woodlore is pleased to offer its customers the opportunity to purchase the ever-popular Fire Stick, now embossed with the exclusive Ray Mears Logo, complete with its own presentation box. Please note that box styles may vary slightly.

Now embossed with the exclusive Ray Mears Logo, this trusty fire steel has been designed for use with the back of your knife, whether you own a Morakniv Companion Knife, a Fallkniven TK4 or the Woodlore Knife. When used correctly, the steel, which also comes with its own metal striker, can give off a spark that can light your tinder or wax paper.

It is one of the most reliable ways of making fire as it works well in wet conditions and can be gripped easily when your hands are cold. It is easily carried, and our Hand-Stitched Leather Neck Sheath has a specially designed sleeve to house it so that it is easily accessible.

It is made from 20 different metals fashioned into a solid 6.5cm rod, which is embedded into a tough plastic handle.

You can now also buy these Fire Sticks as Fire Steel Blanks, allowing you to fit your own handle.

Good quality firestick in a nice presentation box. Will last for years and gives good, consistent sparks either with the attached striker, or the back of my Mora 510 knife. Reliable tool for lighting tinder.

Fantastic Firesteel! Very easy to use in all weather conditions. Produces a massive shower of sparks that when placed in amoung your tinder will lite it very easly :). The presentation box is also very cool and great for a gift/presesnt. Highly recommended :D

Have used many brands of fire stick. They all work, but this Fireflash works the best of them all. I have been using the same one for 12 years now, and it's still going strong.
