I received the "Ray Mears Outdoor Survival Handbook" today. After about 6 hours of looking through it I must say, im impressed. It's easily on par with the SAS survival guide, yet its more. The SAS survival guide merely shows you how to survive. This book not only shows you how to survive in the wild, but how to be comfortable with nature, to live alongside it. After-all mother nature will provide you with what you need. Thanks Ray for this wonderful book. - Will from the USA

Excellent book. Guides season by season, demonstrating that resources are available all year round which means you don't have to wait till summer to get out and about. Plus it comes signed by Ray. Little things like that is what makes this site so special.
