The Mora Training Knife is an excellent knife to use whilst learning basic bushcraft techniques, being sturdy enough to withstand harsh treatment. It has a high carbon steel single bevel blade, which sharpens to a fine edge, and features a half tang with a directly moulded handle.
This knife has a tough plastic handle, with high-friction Dryflex grip panels on each side. As Dryflex is a Latex-free material, the Clipper Knife is suitable for those with Latex allergies. The sheath is made of strong, olive green plastic, and will attach comfortably to most belt widths.
Please note that the gold appearance of the RM Bushcraft logo engraved into the blade is caused by oil used in the lasering process. This colour can be easily removed by wiping with a cloth.
Woodlore students attending our Fundamental Bushcraft courses will be issued with this knife, while it is also widely used by Woodlore Instructors and Assistants.
You can use the back of this knife to strike the Fire Stick, but you will need to file it slightly to obtain a rough edge.

An absolutely brilliant knife at a fantastic price. I put mine to work immediately whilst out fishing, and it easily handled all the tasks that I purchased it for.
