The DC4 is a newly developed combination whetstone made for accurate knife sharpening. One side is made of a fine diamond whetstone of 25 micron, while the other is a fine ceramic whetstone.
The diamond whetstone side restores the wedge form of the blade's edge, while the ceramic whetstone side smoothes the edge to obtain long-term sharpness. If your knife is very dull you should start by using the diamond side.
They are designed to be used dry, withstand all types of steel and do not become deformed from use. Comes with a leather case embossed with the unique RM logo.

After sharpening your knife, Woodlore recommend the use of Camellia Oil to protect the blade from rust and corrosion.

Dear Woodlore team, I take this everywhere I go in the field, quality is great and very handy just to slip into the pocket. My advice is dont lend it out around the fire, everyone wants to try it, and it's hard to keep a track of who used it last. Regards John Whitmarsh
