The DC3 is a popular combination whetstone made for accurate knife sharpening. One side is made of a fine diamond whetstone of 25 micron, while the other is a fine ceramic whetstone, made of synthetic sapphires.

The diamond whetstone side restores the wedge form of the blade's edge, while the ceramic whetstone side smoothes the edge to obtain long-term sharpness. If your knife is very dull you should start by using the diamond side.

They are designed to be used dry, withstand all types of steel and do not become deformed from use. Comes with a leather case embossed with the unique RM logo.

Size 27 x 77mm

Break-in period: Upon delivery, your new DC whetstone will appear very coarse. This coarseness will disappear once the tool is put to use.

After sharpening your knife, Woodlore recommend the use of Camellia Oil to protect the blade from rust and corrosion.

I keep this DC3 Whetstone on me when I'm out in the woods. It's awesome for touching up a blade and making her hair-popping sharp!
